Kiosk Self-Service Knowledgebase

Symptoms:

When I plug it in the screen only displays “No Signal” and then goes black

 
Troubleshooting:
  • Open bottom door of kiosk
  • Plug in all the cables
  • Turn on computer
Resolution:
The Rental Freestanding Computer Kiosk ships in a crate with the computer in its own box inside the crate. The receiving department needs to deliver the computer with the kiosk and the computer needs to be plugged in.
