Kiosk Installation Services

At Advanced Kiosks, we know that kiosk installation projects require planning, preparation and expertise. No matter where your project is located, you can be confident that Advanced Kiosks’ installation services will be there for you if you need us.

Site Survey & Preparation

When you buy from Advanced Kiosks, your new touchscreen kiosk solution will arrive ready to plug and play, but there are still a few things to check for on your end to ensure a perfect launch.

A Site Survey is a great way to head off any unwanted surprises. We can help you review things such as wi-fi or internet availability, signal strength, environmental factors, and details regarding electrical or construction needs. Our kiosk service technicians will work with you to make sure your site location is prepared and ready for the delivery.

On-boarding Service

Advanced Kiosks On-boarding Service provides customers with an assigned specialist that proactively communicates with them throughout the project. The assigned specialist continually monitors the production timeline and schedules regular check-ins to keep your kiosk project running smoothly.

Our Customer Success Specialist will also assist with kiosk user training and help familiarize the customer with kiosk administration tools. Our goal is to ensure that you feel comfortable managing your new products.

Shipping & Rollouts

We ship our kiosks out daily from our warehouse. You can be sure your kiosks are packed securely and snug for a safe trip to your location.
