Description:
In some cases, especially with dealing with employee log-in portals or HR resources, users are unable to load various pieces of content when they load in a new window. The new window events in Zamok start a new session, which will cause issues if your interface requires a user to stay logged in.
 
Solution:
In the settings window of Zamok, change the Popup and Tab modes to Navigate. These changes will allow the website to open screens in the same window, which the website requires to maintain the session.
