The Advanced Kiosks Newsletter Summer 2026

Smarter self-service for law enforcement

A police station or sheriff’s office may be open to the public, but that does not mean every public interaction needs to begin with an officer or administrative employee.

This summer, we’re highlighting how law enforcement and military organizations are using self-service technology to improve visitor access, move routine work off the counter, and create more consistent public-facing experiences.

Bringing the stories behind the memorial to life

At Fort Campbell, the 5th Special Forces Group worked with Advanced Kiosks and Caraway Electric to turn an outdated memorial into an interactive Tribute Station. Visitors, families and service members can search for fallen soldiers and explore their photographs, biographies and stories of service.

Behind it: a sustainable way to manage, update and preserve that information — without another system for staff to babysit.
