Kiosk Self-Service Knowledgebase

Issue: When I flipped the switch to turn on the Compact Power Kiosk, nothing turns on.
Troubleshooting: There are few points where power could be interrupted. Confirm when the switch is flipped, the monitor does not display “No Signal”, the fan does not come on and there are no visible lights from the motherboard. Then:
  1. Plug another device into the wall outlet to confirm there is power at the receptacle
  2. DISCONNECT THE DEVICE FROM POWER
  3. Check the fuse on the bottom right hand side of the kiosk to see if it has failed from a power overload. Send back for an RMA if the fuse is blown.
  4. Contact Advanced Kiosks for further troubleshooting. Please have your Kiosk Serial # or Invoice # ready.
