We use the information you provide about yourself and your company when contacting us to communicate to you: details on our products, ROI, Case studies etc. We do not share this information with outside parties. We do not sell, rent, share or give this information to other companies.
We use return email addresses to answer the email we receive. Such addresses are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.
Finally, we never use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online in ways unrelated to the ones described above. Any emails we do send you about our products and services provide you an opportunity to opt-out or otherwise prohibit such unrelated uses.
While we may record phone calls this is for training and quality control only. We do not keep these recording for more than 60 days and these are never associated with a customer. They are only associated with sales and technical support people for quality training.

OUR USE OF BIOMETRIC DATA
Some of our software utilizes facial recognition (“FR”) technology to provide enhanced security for sensitive operations. When used in kiosks that we design, we follow the approach described below to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations surrounding data privacy. We require our customers, and partners who use our technology, to comply with this policy when using these software features.
- Use of facial recognition is optional and requires the explicit consent of the user of the kiosk, and that consent can be withdrawn at a later time
- The user of our software is provided meaningful notice and description about the use of facial recognition software
- Our software uses a forward-facing camera to detect the presence of a face and computes a unique identifier based on that face
- This unique identifier is:
- Never correlated with any data than can be used to determine an individual identity
- Never stored longer than necessary to maintain the security of the transaction
- Never shared with any 3rd parties for any reason
- Explicitly deleted at the end of any session
Our company takes all reasonable measures to ensure that use of facial recognition technology and associated data usage adheres to these principles of use.
OUR COMMITMENT TO CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
Protecting the privacy of the very young is especially important. For that reason, we never collect or maintain information at our website from those we actually know are under 16, and no part of our website is structured to attract anyone under 16.
