Sales Representative ā Remote (Philippines or Ukraine)
What You Will Do
- First 90 Days:
- Build and document a strong pipeline of opportunities in Salesmate (no CRM entry = not done).
- Identify and engage with qualified prospects inĀ targeted verticals including government agencies, courts, housing authorities, police departments, and county and city governments.
- Schedule and conduct discovery meetings to understand client challenges.
- Report weekly on activity and progress, with regular check-ins and participation in team meetings.
- Ongoing Responsibilities:
- Prospect, qualify, and develop new accounts (no inbound leads provided).
- Manage the sales cycle from first contact through proposal and closing (typical cycle 5ā10 months).
- Conduct consultative sales conversations, aligning client needs with Advanced Kiosksā self-service technology solutions.
- Maintain consistent, accurate updates in Salesmate for all activities, contacts, and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on messaging, case studies, and testimonials to strengthen outreach.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to company growth.
Requirements
- This is not an entry-level role. Recent graduates will not be considered.
- MinimumĀ 5ā7 years of proven successĀ inĀ consultative B2B or government salesĀ (technology or SaaS background strongly preferred).
- StrongĀ hunter mentalityĀ with ability to prospect and self-generate leads.
- Direct experience working with government clientsĀ (municipal, county, state, or federal agencies).
- Advanced skills inĀ Salesmate CRMĀ (mandatory) plus MS Office, Teams, Slack, and email tools.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines and goals.
- Reliable internet connection and remote working setup.
- Energetic, personable, and confident in building relationships with managers, directors, and decision-makers.
Growth Path
- Assisting in marketing strategy.
- Shaping messaging for a specific vertical (e.g., government, courts, housing authorities, or law enforcement).
- Acting as the subject matter expert internally and externally for that vertical.
