Issue: When I print with my receipt printer, it does not cut off the paper for the user to grab when it’s done printing.
Troubleshooting: Confirm the printer settings have the CUT feature enabled. Review the device manual for detailed instructions for setup and troubleshooting. The manuals are pre-loaded onto your kiosk in the “Kiosk Files” directory. A shortcut to this directory was created on your desktop when the product shipped. Contact Advanced Kiosks if further help is needed. Please have your Kiosk Serial # and Invoice # ready.
