The following are some of the new upcoming features in Office Extension 3.0. The instructional video. A customizable instruction video is a great way to enhance the user experience. The kiosk will recognize that a person has approached and will launch a welcome video which can be a message or a video tutorial as seen here. Translation. This new feature allows users to instantly transform their interface into their choice of one of hundreds of languages. Including web pages, forms, and screen interface elements.
Document upload. With the redesigned Document Upload workflow, The user experience is prioritized with an improved user interface and streamlined process. Office Extension 3.0 will upload a scanned document directly to a third-party website with no file saving or integration required. The kiosk will show a confirmation so there is no doubt the submission went through. Scanning a document will generate a log entry in your reports. Kiosk Form Flow. Kiosk FormFlow simplifies complex forms by providing a guided experience with parsed questions and field validations. The kiosk will ask one question at a time and provide the user with a progress bar. Instructions, and even an e-signature feature leading to more accurate data collection. Completed PDF form will then be presented and emailed to a specific recipient. All form data is captured in a database and is available for export or deletion. Homepage Editor and Media Library Personalizing your office extension just got a lot easier with the redesigned media library. With a brand new interface and added functionality, Kiosk administrators are empowered to create and manage content on their kiosk right from their desktop. The homepage theme editor gives the administrator more control than ever while configuring their kiosks, user interface and workflows.
