Kiosk Self-Service Knowledgebase

Description:
Cannot connect to the internet via an external 4G/3G internet modem. In the system tray, there are WiFi bars that have a small red X.
Solution:

Occasionally a kiosk will connect to a cellular modem, but is unable to access the internet. Unplugging or power cycling the cellular modem doesn’t work. You must restart the kiosk, then try to reconnect to the modem
