Kiosk Self-Service Knowledgebase

Your Zamok License needs to be re-synced with our licensing server.


You will need your Zamok: 

  • Username
  • Password
From Windows Explorer:
  • Navigate to “c:Advanced KiosksZamok”
  • Rename the “Zamok” Folder to “Zamok BU”
  • Relaunch Zamok
  • Log in with your Username and Password
  • Select the record you want to use at this kiosk
