The Concord Wastewater Treatment Facility in Concord, NH needed a more efficient way to manage visitor check-ins for wastewater disposal. • Camper/RV Clients: Individuals or groups with camper vans or RVs who need to dispose of wastewater. The kiosk provides a convenient, staff-free check-in experience.

The system is configured to connect with a customized user interface designed to manage these check-in workflows. This setup reduces the need for manual oversight, improves processing efficiency, and ensures both user types can complete their check-ins independently during facility hours.
