Details: Loudoun County is located in the northern part of Virginia. As of 2020 Loudon had a population of 420,959, making it Virginia’s third-most populous county. The Loudoun County Courthouse Complex is comprised of three courthouses: the Loudoun County General District Courthouse, the Loudoun County Courthouse and the historic Charles Hamilton Houston Courthouse. As such, navigating the complex can be a complicated and confusing task.

To help supplement the efforts of its staff, the Loudoun County Clerk of Circuit Court deployed a self-service kiosk. Along with a wayfinding feature that aids visitors in finding their way around the courthouse, the solution provides easy access to forms (print or digital form fill), historic records, and general information including Jury, Probate, Legal Services, Notary Public, and more. The Loudoun County kiosk administrators are active and motivated, working closely with Advanced Kiosks team members to ensure a successful self-service implementation.
