What is Onboarding & Implementation?

At Advanced Kiosks, our Onboarding & Implementation Service is a pivotal component of our commitment to delivering tailored solutions. This service focuses on the setup and customization of our products to ensure maximum efficacy from the outset.

It encompasses hands-on assistance, personalized guidance, and comprehensive training to swiftly launch your self-service project.

Each customer is paired with a dedicated Onboarding Specialist who collaborates closely to implement the project according to your unique requirements.

Throughout the process, the Onboarding Specialist meticulously monitors the production timeline and conducts regular check-ins to ensure seamless progress.

Onboarding & Implementation Phases

Your Onboarding & Implementation journey begins the moment we receive your order. Our Sales team shares your project details, contact information, and use case objectives with a dedicated Onboarding Specialist, ensuring a seamless transition from purchase to implementation.

Your Onboarding Specialist reaches out to schedule an initial meeting. During this phase, we:

- Define your project goals and success criteria

- Establish timelines and milestones

- Review available options to maximize your system’s impact

- Answer all questions and address concerns to build confidence

Hardware Production
Our Production team hand-assembles each kiosk at our Concord, NH facility to your exact specifications. This includes:

- Installing and integrating all hardware components

- Ensuring ADA compliance and physical setup requirements

- Performing preliminary hardware functionality tests before QA

Software Configuration
In parallel, your Onboarding Specialist and our software team configure your Zamok Kiosk Management Software to deliver a tailored, ready-to-use experience. This includes:

- Setting up workflows, forms, and branding elements

- Designing a user-friendly interface aligned with your operational goals

- Integrating required peripherals such as scanners, VOIP handsets, or payment modules

- Preparing training resources and scheduling remote admin training sessions

Before shipment, each kiosk undergoes a rigorous quality assurance process, including:

- Hardware reliability testing

- Software compatibility assessments

- Full user experience evaluations

- Final customer review and sign-off to ensure your expectations are met

Once your kiosk passes QA, it is carefully packaged and shipped with full insurance and tracking. Your Onboarding Specialist provides detailed installation instructions to ensure a smooth arrival and setup process at your site.

Upon delivery, your team installs the kiosk using our guided instructions. Our support does not stop there – your Onboarding Specialist remains available to assist with final configurations or questions, ensuring a seamless integration into your operations.

Customer Success Phase

After deployment, our Customer Success team takes over to support your ongoing needs, ensuring optimal performance and helping you get the most from your self-service solution.
