Onboarding & Implementation Phases
Your Onboarding & Implementation journey begins the moment we receive your order. Our Sales team shares your project details, contact information, and use case objectives with a dedicated Onboarding Specialist, ensuring a seamless transition from purchase to implementation.
Your Onboarding Specialist reaches out to schedule an initial meeting. During this phase, we:

Hardware Production
Our Production team hand-assembles each kiosk at our Concord, NH facility to your exact specifications. This includes:
- Installing and integrating all hardware components
- Ensuring ADA compliance and physical setup requirements
- Performing preliminary hardware functionality tests before QA
Software Configuration
In parallel, your Onboarding Specialist and our software team configure your Zamok Kiosk Management Software to deliver a tailored, ready-to-use experience. This includes:
- Setting up workflows, forms, and branding elements
- Designing a user-friendly interface aligned with your operational goals
- Integrating required peripherals such as scanners, VOIP handsets, or payment modules
- Preparing training resources and scheduling remote admin training sessions
Before shipment, each kiosk undergoes a rigorous quality assurance process, including:
