Issue: When I turn the kiosk on, I can see the other devices power up, but there is no image on the monitor.
Troubleshooting:
- Press the power button on the back of the monitor
- Check both sides of blue VGA Cable, or the HDMI to ensure good connection with monitor and PC
- Check to make sure the power cable going into monitor is plugged in all the way
- Check the power plug going into power brick to make sure it is plugged in all the way
- Test computer/kiosk with separate monitor with the same video connection
- Contact Advanced Kiosks with the results if the problem has not been resolved with the steps above to discuss repair/replacement. Please have the Kiosk Serial # and Invoice ready
