Kiosk Self-Service Knowledgebase

Description:

Kiosk is not reconnecting to the internet on kiosk reboot.
 
Solution:
  • Press the start button, and type in ‘Device Manager’
  • Open the menu option labelled “Device Manager”
  • Find the Network Adapter that is not reconnecting.
  • Right click on the device and select ‘Properties’
  • Select the ‘Power Management’ tab
  • Deselect the “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”
  • Restart your kiosk
