Description:
Kiosk is not reconnecting to the internet on kiosk reboot.
Solution:
- Press the start button, and type in ‘Device Manager’
- Open the menu option labelled “Device Manager”
- Find the Network Adapter that is not reconnecting.
- Right click on the device and select ‘Properties’
- Select the ‘Power Management’ tab
- Deselect the “Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power”
- Restart your kiosk
