Description:
Kiosk will not print from Zamok, and is not reporting any errors.
Solution:
Check the printers that are installed on the kiosk.
- Close out of Zamok.
- Press the Start Menu, and type in “Printers”. Select “Printers and Scanners”
- Check to see if there is more than one printer installed on the kiosk.
- Determine which printer is the correct one, right click on the printer’s icon, and select “Set as Default Printer”
- Restart Zamok, and test printing again
