Spotlight on Returning Customers!
Innovation brings people in, but trust brings them back.
This season, several long-time Advanced Kiosks customers are returning to expand their self-service networks, reinforcing a simple truth: reliability, adaptability, and measurable impact keep our technology delivering long after installation day.
Prince William County, Virginia, serves more than 470,000 residents, many of whom once spent hours commuting by bus to the single courthouse to handle routine services. Determined to make justice accessible for everyone, Advanced Kiosks deployed a network of self-service kiosks that allow residents to complete court transactions.
“We’ve had no hiccups or glitches with Advanced Kiosks. They’ve thought through everything. It’s about as close to plug and play as a kiosk could be.”
— Jacqueline Smith, Clerk of Court
Six Document Kiosks featuring the Kiosk Office Suite were initially installed across the county, later expanding to 11 locations in courthouses, administrative offices, and public libraries. Each kiosk provides 24/7 multilingual access to essential services like marriage licenses, gun permits, payments, notary filings, voter registration, and case lookups — all fully ADA-compliant and powered by Zamok™ for security and management.
As highlighted in our recent blog post on Access to Justice, self-service technology is helping courts and government agencies nationwide eliminate barriers that once stood between citizens and essential public services.

Courts across the country are turning to self-service kiosks to streamline operations, improve accessibility, and free up staff for higher-impact work. As Jacqueline Smith, Clerk of the Circuit Court for Prince William County, shared:
“Government works best when it works for everyone. These kiosks help us meet people where they are, and that’s powerful.”

BMCC’s partnership with Advanced Kiosks spans more than a decade. Since installing 45 Freestanding Kiosks across its New York City campus, students and visitors have benefited from 24/7 access to wayfinding, schedules, and account tools.
“Kiosks make it easier for people to find whatever info they’re looking for, and they’re especially great for freshmen because they tell them exactly where they need to go.”
— Ahmed Adeoshun, IT Administrator
Results at a Glance:
- Shorter help desk wait times
- Reduced staff workload
- Enhanced navigation and campus communication
University of the Pacific
Managing 10,000+ patients each year, the University of the Pacific’s Dugoni School of Dentistry was the first dental school in the U.S. to deploy a fully integrated kiosk-driven check-in system. Built on the Zamok Platform, the system connects kiosks to turnstile access and the school’s clinic management software, ensuring a seamless and secure experience.
“We are the first dental school to have this kind of controlled entry system that uses kiosks, turnstiles, and seamless integration into our clinic management system. It ensures the privacy and safety of everyone in the building.”
— Raybel Ramos, Director of IT
As we look ahead, we’re honored to continue helping our customers expand their self-service networks, proving that lasting partnerships are built on innovation, efficiency, and trust.
Another Installation! Town of Eliot

Smarter Service for a Growing Community
The Town of Eliot, Maine, is opening a new municipal building designed to serve its residents with modern convenience, accessibility, and efficiency. As part of this initiative, Advanced Kiosks delivered a Greeter Visitor Management System kiosk that acts as a virtual receptionist in the main lobby — streamlining communication between visitors and staff while enhancing the town’s welcoming experience.
Installed ahead of the building’s grand opening, the self-service kiosk notifies staff of visitor arrivals through email and phone alerts, displays an easy-to-navigate directory, and provides clear on-screen guidance for anyone entering the facility. The result is a simple, efficient process that connects visitors to the right person or department in seconds.
Among the new amenities are a larger town clerk’s office, a drive-up window for limited transactions, and now, a virtual kiosk receptionist that ensures no visitor is left waiting. The Greeter Visitor Management System self-service solution not only enhances accessibility for residents — including those with mobility challenges — but also reflects Eliot’s forward-thinking approach to improving public service through technology.

Another Installation! Downtown Waycross Train Museum

Bringing History (And Fun) to Life in Waycross, Georgia
The Downtown Waycross Train Museum has officially rolled out two new self-service kiosks from Advanced Kiosks including a kid-friendly caboose kiosk designed to make every museum visit more fun and interactive.
Inside the historic depot, custom pinnacle kiosks now welcome visitors with a digital city guide that highlights local shops, dining, and attractions. With large, easy-to-read buttons and a clean map-based layout, guests can explore downtown Waycross with ease.
But the real showstopper sits just outside — a bright red caboose-turned-kiosk featuring a custom-built game called “Build Your Train.” Inspired by the classic Snake game, the experience challenges kids to guide their virtual train through the tracks, add cars along the way, and even test their reflexes as they go. The kiosk also streams a live Railfan Cam stream from YouTube, giving visitors a front-row view of trains passing through Waycross in real time.
