Kiosk Management Tools: Instructional Popup Window
Instructional Popup Window
The Instructional Popup Window is the newest feature to our Zamok Kiosk Management Software and allows you to include a customizable message that communicates a workflow to your customers.
With the Instructional Popup Window, you can:
• Provide specific information to customers
• Explain a detailed process to customers before they begin
• Tell your customers how to proceed and complete tasks successfully
• Set expectations that streamline the process
Step 2: Instructional Popup Window appears to detail what information and/or documentation is needed to successfully complete the selected task.
After selecting “Maintenance Request”, the user is directed to the Instructional Window to clarify what is needed in order to successfully complete the form.
Updating the Instructional Popup Window is quick and easy – all you have to do is log into the administration portal and change the copy as needed, or as frequently as you would like.
After logging in, navigate to the Homepage sidebar menu option. Select the chain link on the button you’d like to configure.
- Under “Choose Button Action”, select Instructional Popup from the dropdown.
- Under “Next action”, select Navigation.
- Under “Navigate to?”, enter your desired URL.
- Under “Instructional Text”, enter your desired message.
- Click the check mark to save your changes.
