Visitors can easily access detailed floor plans and get QR codes on the maps so the visitor can take the map with them on their cell phone, ensuring they reach their desired destination efficiently. This feature enhances the visitor experience, minimizes confusion, and saves time by providing clear visual guidance within the building or area.

Maps and images can be offered with slideshow functionality to show many floors and detailed directions.

Lower Menu for ADA

The system offers a ‘lower menu’ which presents all the menu items for ADA-compliant wheelchair access.

Accessibility Menu

Individuals with visual impairments can be served with adjustable font sizes and high-contrast modes. The need more help button can auto dial any phone or send a group text that someone in the lobby needs assistance. The braille on the end of the screen instructs people to use this.

Visitor Check-in Kiosk

The system can be used as a visitor check-in kiosk… the sign in functionality can be added as part of the calling workflow or an optional feature on the main interface as shown here. With intuitive prompts and a user-friendly interface, guests can quickly sign in. The optional nametag can also be added to the workflow. Name tags can be printed which improves security, and creates a seamless experience for both visitors and the host organization.

Bulletin Board

Provide a centralized platform with your Visitor Management Kiosk in your lobby for sharing important announcements and information. Visitors can easily access the bulletin board or RSS Feeds to stay informed about upcoming events, safety protocols, and other relevant updates.

Event Calendar

The event calendars offer a list of scheduled events and activities. This can use Google Calendar or any calendar the organization uses. Visitors can browse the calendar to stay informed about upcoming events, and get details on time, location, and web links.
