- Details: In 2016, Advanced Kiosks embarked on a profoundly meaningful project with Arlington National Cemetery, guided by a mission to create kiosks that were “worthy of a national monument.” This initiative stemmed from a critical need identified by the Army Corps of Engineers in 2010, revealing significant wayfinding challenges within the cemetery. Visitors encountered inaccuracies in the mapping of graves, with some headstones missing from maps, discrepancies in the number of gravesites displayed, and unmarked but occupied graves. Such issues not only caused distress among visitors but also highlighted the urgent need for a reliable and respectful solution. Advanced Kiosks was chosen for this prestigious project due to our reputation for excellence and our commitment to solving complex problems.
Our team, driven by a shared sense of patriotism and honor, worked closely with the Army Corps of Engineers, adhering to stringent standards for quality and security. Our approach went beyond merely meeting the project’s specifications; we aimed to deliver a solution that honored the sacredness of the site and its significance to the nation and its history. Our dedication to this goal was evident in every step of the process, from the meticulous planning and vetting stages to the final installation of the kiosks by our owner, Howard Horn, and his family. This project was not just a professional achievement for Advanced Kiosks but a profound source of pride, marking our contribution to preserving the legacy of those who have served our country. - Use Case:
