Issue: The kiosk computer hard drive is making a clicking noise when I turn it on. It’s definitely the drive; not a fan.
Resolution: Hard drive has failed, or is in the process of failing. Contact Advanced Kiosks for an RMA, or to purchase a replacement component. Please have your Kiosk Serial # and Invoice # ready.
