How Do You Do Digital HR?

Like implementing any major initiative, it’s smart to do your homework. Start with small, bite-sized chunks. Identify which of your HR functions need an overhaul. How do you figure that out? Talk with people; ask everyone from the C-level to the entry-level.

Once you figure out what you need your system to do, start laying out a plan to get there. This might very well be a multi-year plan.
