Zamok is not printing PDF files
Solution:
Zamok uses foxit PDF reader to display PDFs. Follow these steps to troubleshoot issues with printing.
- Confirm you have the Zamok Solution and have configured it correctly.
- Confirm a default printer has been assigned and is available.
- Make sure you have a PDF viewer set. Foxit is recommended.
- Make sure Internet Explorer has permission to open PDFs with reader.
- Confirm browser emulation has been set in registry. You can find information on this by searching for ‘Browser Emulation’ in the knowledge center
- Check for possible conflict with website’s method of delivering PDFs.
