Description:
Zamok or Lobby Attendant will not show web content, and/or the settings page is completely blank (white screen)
Solution:
You will need to modify the kiosk’s system registry. If you are not familiar with the Registry, please contact your IT department or create a technical support ticket HERE. Incorrectly modifying the registry can potentially break your installation of Windows, or cause instabilities. Modify the Registry at your own risk!
Technical Description:
You will need to add a registry value to the following key:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINESOFTWAREMicrosoftInternet ExplorerMAINFeatureControlFEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION
or
HKEY_CURRENT_USERSOFTWAREMicrosoftInternet ExplorerMAINFeatureControlFEATURE_BROWSER_EMULATION
Add:
Type: REG_DWORD
Name: Zamok.Browser.exe
Value: 11001 (Decimal)
