1. OFFICE EXTENSION KIOSK
Now, with the release of version 3.0, the Zamok Kiosk Office Suite can do even more, from translations to recognition of QR and barcodes along with more controls on the layout of the interface.
2. AK VISITOR MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
Number two for courts is the AK Visitor Management System. The list of tasks that it can perform is impressive: Check-in and check-out, name tags, look up and call people or departments, text messaging, wayfinding, as well as convenience features such as Wi-Fi access, local information, event calendar and quick help for deliveries. We wrap it all up with advanced translation of over 160 languages, accessibility contrast features and a lower menu for ADA compliance. It will also detect human presence and welcome them!
3. ASK 3.0 ASSISTED SELF-SERVICE
The ASK project is the product courts need for self-representation. The Aegis booth and desk were designed for longer conversations, with hardware designed for public use.
Citizens can fill out legal forms that might normally take longer than filling out shorter forms.
The video conferencing feature included with the self-service desktop allows users to consult with assigned staff or support groups to help people get started with the legal process of self-representation.
KIOSK FORMFLOW
Integrating Advanced Kiosks FormFlow on your touchscreen kiosk can greatly simplify the process of filling out complex forms for users. FormFlow streamlines the user experience and ensures that all necessary information is collected efficiently, and transferred directly into a legal form.
You are not simply receiving the form submission data, you are receiving the legal form itself, filled out with that data.
Users can easily navigate through the form, tapping on fields to input information and using touch gestures to scroll or pageinate as needed.

Software Compatibility
Q: Compatible Courts Software apps: Which have we worked with previously? Which can we interface with?
A: We can work with any web-based application. Let us know which software you use, and we can check compatibility.
Translation
Q: Do you offer translation functionality?
A: Our translation capabilities will be powered by the Google Translate engine for custom translation of unlimited languages.
Scanning
Q: Do you support multi-page scanning?
A: Yes, we can support multi-page scanning. Be advised that multi-page scanners are not recommended for scanning important documents that a multipage scanner could damage. Also documents such as drivers’ licenses, passports, are not scannable on a multi-page scanner.
Q: Can the single-page scanner scan both sides?
A: No. The standard model is a flatbed one-side scan.
Q: Can scans be submitted directly to specific directories and web apps?
A: Yes, contact sales there are several options on how to best do this.
Printing
Q: Can the kiosk print fillable PDFs and other documents straight from a website?
A: Yes.
Q: Can we print a document, fill out by hand, rescan filled form and submit to the web app or folder?
A: Yes.

A: 300 sheets per tray.

Check-In
Q: Do we offer any solutions for check-in?
A: Yes. This is part of the LSSA visitor management system.
Maintenance
Q: What level of maintenance is required?
A: Very little. Our kiosks are quite durable. If there are any problems at a kiosk our Zamok Software will send you a real time notification.
Portability
Q: Are the kiosks moveable?
A: Yes, unless they are mounted to the ground or wall. If mounts are removed, kiosks can be relocated. Wheels are an optional feature on some models.
