Description:
Zamok is not printing PDF files
Solution:
Zamok uses foxit PDF reader to display PDFs. Follow these steps to troubleshoot issues with printing.
  1. Confirm you have the Zamok Solution and have configured it correctly.
  2. Confirm a default printer has been assigned and is available.
  3. Make sure you have a PDF viewer set. Foxit is recommended.
  4. Make sure Internet Explorer has permission to open PDFs with reader.
  5. Confirm browser emulation has been set in registry. You can find information on this by searching for ‘Browser Emulation’ in the knowledge center
  6. Check for possible conflict with website’s method of delivering PDFs.
