Project: MBTA uses kiosk for tourism and information
Project Overview:
The Massachusetts Bay Transit Authority was looking for an information kiosk to provide travelers with real-time updates and news in Boston. Each kiosk was built to be placed in unsupervised areas providing information about local attractions.
Kiosk Project Details:
All four computer kiosks are located at the South Station Commuter Rail and built with full-size printers. Information can be printed at no cost to the user. Users can also download information from the kiosks to their Personal Digital Assistant (PDA).
