Self serve computer kiosks provide solutions for many industries, including the government. Now, government computer kiosk solutions are being used to pay tribute, automate repetitive tasks, direct consumers and deliver information in self serve fashion. This provides a helpful and positive user experience and allows government employees more time to be spent on complex projects.

One patriotic way these touch screen kiosks are being used is to display information and honor individuals who have served our country. Advanced Kiosks developed and deployed memorial software called Fallen Heroes that allows any organization to create an interactive, touchscreen memorial for the men and women who served and gave their lives. The Fallen Heroes software displays pictures of each individual with a full biography including information about their hometown, their service, and their loved ones. These touch screen kiosks can be placed outside in parks and within memorial buildings so people passing by can learn more about the individuals being honored.

Arlington National Cemetery also uses our computer kiosks to share information and maps, which includes a full database of all the soldiers buried there. These computer kiosks will withstand high traffic use and provide a first class  design to befit the honorable purpose and location.

Using touch screen self serve kiosks at memorial locations is one of the many ways government agencies are benefiting from this technology. Ticketing, queuing, wayfinding, information, surveying, phone services, printing, scanning, and more can all be done on a self serve kiosk. Parks, museums, municipalities and visitor centers across the country are using our hardware and software to provide simple solutions for long lines, confusion and distribute information.

Customers are now able to find Advanced Kiosks through the GSA Advantage! program, of which Advanced Kiosks is a vendor with a Schedule 70 contract. Learn more about the GSA and what it means to be approved as a vendor here.
