Project: Kaiser Permanente Medical Survey Kiosk

Project Overview: 

Kaiser Permanente, a reoccurring customer, was looking for a way to collect member feedback for their medical services. Advanced Kiosks provided a survey kiosk placed in the lobbies as the facility.

Kiosk Project Details:

A secure survey kiosk will provide better quality while the experience is fresh in the member’s mind. For members that prefer it, the FreeStanding kiosk will also be equipped with a keyboard and trackball for convenience.
