AI Transparency Statement

Last Updated: June 8, 2026This statement describes how Advanced Kiosks uses artificial intelligence, our human-in-the-loop approach, and our commitment to customer control, transparency, and data protection.

Advanced Kiosks AI Transparency Statement

Advanced Kiosks uses artificial intelligence as an assistive technology to improve usability, support workflows, and help customers configure and operate self-service systems more effectively.

Our approach to AI is based on a simple principle: AI should assist people, not replace human judgment or customer control. We design AI-assisted workflows around a human-in-the-loop approach, where people remain involved in reviewing, configuring, approving, and managing AI-assisted outputs.

How We Use AI

Advanced Kiosks may use AI-assisted tools in areas such as customer support, workflow guidance, form assistance, transcripts, summaries, software configuration, website assistance, and Zamok product functionality where AI features are enabled.

AI may also be used to help customers and administrators review information, organize workflows, improve user experiences, and reduce repetitive manual work.

Human-in-the-Loop Review and Customer Control

Our AI-assisted features are designed with human-in-the-loop review and customer control built in.

Where AI-assisted outputs, transcripts, summaries, or workflow suggestions are generated, they are made available for review. Users and administrators may review, edit, approve, reject, or revise AI-assisted outputs depending on the product, workflow, and customer configuration.

Customers may also configure structured prompts and workflow settings in Zamok where those capabilities are available. This allows each customer to adapt AI-assisted functionality to its own policies, procedures, and operational needs.

In this context, human-in-the-loop means AI may assist with a task, but people remain involved in reviewing the information, applying judgment, and deciding how the output should be used.

AI Is Not Intended to Make Final Decisions

Advanced Kiosks does not design its AI-assisted features to make final legal, law-enforcement, eligibility, employment, housing, financial, medical, public-benefit, or other consequential decisions.

AI may assist with workflow, intake, organization, drafting, summarization, transcription, or user guidance, but final review and use of AI-assisted outputs remain with authorized customer personnel.

Optional and Configurable Use

Advanced Kiosks does not force customers to rely on AI-assisted features.

AI-assisted functionality is intended to be configurable based on the customer’s needs, implementation, and use case. For browser-based AI features, AI functionality can be turned on or off based on the customer’s configuration. Customers may also modify workflows, review

AI-generated outputs, and disable AI-assisted features where supported by the product configuration.

Data Protection

Advanced Kiosks does not sell customer data.

Advanced Kiosks may utilize third-party artificial intelligence service providers, including commercial AI platforms, to support AI-assisted features within our products and services. When AI-assisted features are enabled and used, customer interactions may be processed through these services in order to provide the requested functionality.

Advanced Kiosks selects commercial AI providers that offer business-oriented privacy and security controls. Where available, Advanced Kiosks utilizes commercial service configurations designed to prevent customer data from being retained for model training or used to improve public AI models.

Participation in AI-assisted features is voluntary. Users may choose whether to engage with AI-assisted functionality, and customers may enable, disable, or configure AI-supported workflows where supported by the product configuration.

Advanced Kiosks believes users should be informed when AI-assisted functionality is part of an interaction, workflow, or service experience. We strive to make the presence of AI clear so users can make informed decisions about how they engage with AI-assisted features.

Customers using AI-assisted features should review the applicable privacy policies and terms of theunderlying AI service providers. Advanced Kiosks will make reasonable efforts to identify material third-party AI services used within its products and services.

Customer data processed through AI-assisted features is used to provide the requested functionality andremains subject to applicable privacy, security, contractual, and customer requirements.

Transcripts and Reviewability

Where transcripts or AI-assisted outputs are generated, Advanced Kiosks seeks to make that information available for review so customers and users can understand what was produced and take appropriate action.

This supports accountability, transparency, and human-in-the-loop oversight in AI-assisted workflows.

Limitations of AI

AI-assisted outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a particular situation. AI should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional judgment, legal advice, policy review, or authorized customer decision-making.

Customers are responsible for reviewing AI-assisted outputs and applying their own laws, policies, procedures, and operational requirements.

Our Commitment

Advanced Kiosks is committed to using AI responsibly, practically, and transparently. We will continue to review our AI practices as the technology, regulations, and customer needs evolve.
