If you are the not so proud owner of one or more kiosks that were purchased from “not us”, and you are struggling to get it up and running or just perform better, we can help. You are not alone, we get calls every week from frustrated kiosk owners who are in that difficult position and desperately need kiosk software and hardware reconditioning assistance, done right.
Due to increasing demand, we have developed the Kiosk Rescue program, and as a result are creating many new thankful and happy kiosk customers. Here is how the program works:

If your situation meets the criteria for this program, we will schedule support time with our expert computer kiosk technical team. (Four hour minimum)
Of course there are many variables and each situation is different. Not all kiosks will be salvageable or capable of using the latest technology. We will make every effort to get your existing investment back online and running better than ever and in many cases, we succeed!
|Kiosk Rescue – Replacement Rebate Incentive|
Because our ultimate goal is solving your self service issues, if we are unable to bring your existing kiosks back to life after the Review and Reconditioning service, we will apply 100% of the four hour labor fee towards your purchase of a new computer kiosk to replace your kiosk hardware. Either way it’s a win and you will be back online asap!
Our technician will have an initial screening phone call with you to discuss the program. In order to be a candidate for the Kiosk Rescue program, it must meet the following criteria:
- Kiosk must be able to turn on
- Kiosk must have reliable internet access
- Screen must be functional
- Kiosk computer must be Windows 7 or Windows 10
- You must be able to access the Windows desktop
