Housing Connect deployed a countertop tablet kiosk to provide on-demand video conferencing access to live interpreters, supporting their culturally diverse customer base. This solution enables real-time translation in more than 240 languages, including American Sign Language, ensuring that all residents can communicate clearly and receive equitable assistance.
