  2. VoIP call volume is very low
Description:
Using Zamok’s VoIP calling system, the caller at the kiosk cannot be heard, or is extremely quiet.

Solution:
You can try increasing the microphone boost level in the sound settings.
  1. Open the start menu and type in ‘Sound’, you should see a menu item labelled ‘Sound’
  2. Select the ‘Recording’ tab
  3. Select the audio recording device
  4. Click on ‘Properties’
  5. In the new window that opened, click on the ‘Levels’ tab
  6. Slide the top slider all the way over to the right.
  7. Test the recording volume.
  8. If the volume is still too low, in the ‘Levels’ tab there is a ‘Boost’ slider. Start moving that to the right, and adjust until your microphone is sensitive enough.
