Kiosk Self-Service Knowledgebase

Issue: When I turn the kiosk on, I can see the other devices power up, but there is no image on the monitor.
Troubleshooting:
  1. Press the power button on the back of the monitor
  2. Check both sides of blue VGA Cable, or the HDMI to ensure good connection with monitor and PC
  3. Check to make sure the power cable going into monitor is plugged in all the way
  4. Check the power plug going into power brick to make sure it is plugged in all the way
  5. Test computer/kiosk with separate monitor with the same video connection
  6. Contact Advanced Kiosks with the results if the problem has not been resolved with the steps above to discuss repair/replacement. Please have the Kiosk Serial  # and Invoice ready
