Zamok was signed into the wrong kiosk profile

 

Solution: 
Delete the Zamok folder:
  1. With Windows Explorer, navigate to this directory: C:Advanced Kiosks .
  2. Delete the folder name ZAMOK.
  3. This will sign you out of Zamok.
  4. Sign back in and select the correct kiosk profile.
