Description:

I am unable to log into Zamok or the Zamok Cloud online management portal because I do not have my username and/or password.
Solution:
Please open a technical support ticket HERE. We will need your kiosk’s serial number, your name and organization name. Once we can confirm your identity, we will contact you with updated account credentials.
