Description:
Kiosk does not detect a Wi-Fi card.
Solution:
Some older model kiosks manufactured before 2013 will not detect a Wi-Fi card when it is plugged into a USB 3.0 (blue) port. Try plugging the Wi-Fi card into a USB 2.0 (black) port.
