ISSUE: printing with thermal printer caused the right margin to cut off.
RESOLUTION: by manually adjusting the printers preferences (open devices+printers, right click printer, paper/quality tab, “advanced…” button, “graphic” heading, “scaling”) and setting the scaling to 90%, the cutting off issue was resolved.
