Zamok will ask for the administrator password on the first start up, or if the admin menu is select from the interface after logging in.
If Zamok is asking for your administrator password on the first start up:
- Enter your credentials to continue. If you do not have credentials, contact Advanced Kiosks. Please have Kiosk Serial #, or Invoice # ready.
If Zamok is asking for administrator password while using the program, you can dismiss the request by:
- Pressing the escape key if available
- Hit Cancel to hide the login box.
- System will then idle back to your content
