The Credit Card Interpreter solution does not enter information into fields of a webpage. The webpage is the main URL of the interface, as in, when Zamok loads, the page in question is the home screen.

Zamok ‘turns on’ the solution when it detects navigation to a defined web page. Since the target webpage is the homepage, there is never a navigation event to it, and as such it never activates the CC solution. If you must use a page in this fashion, please contact technical support HERE. Try adding a welcome page as the homepage, or ask us about a custom API feature that you can add into your webpage’s code to activate the scan.
