Issue: Kiosk monitor is flashing white and black with lines
Troubleshooting: After checking the cable connections, trying the computer with a different monitor to make sure the computer video output is OK, and plugging the monitor into a laptop the problem persists with the monitor.
Resolution: Monitor is dying, or damaged and needs to be repaired. Contact Advanced Kiosks. Please have your Kiosk Serial # and Invoice # available.
