Kiosk Self-Service Knowledgebase

Kiosk shows “Sorry, this kiosk is offline, Internet connection is down” upon kiosk restart, but then that goes away after pressing the home button. 
This issue means that it is taking longer for the kiosk to connect to the internet than it takes to start Zamok. Ensure that if you are using wireless, that the antenna is still attached to the kiosk and fully screwed on. Consider using a wired Ethernet connection if possible and contacting your Network Administrator.
