If your kiosk displays “No Video Input” when first turning on, the most likely cause is simply a loose video cable connection. Please try the following:
- Turn computer on by pressing the power button on the computer inside the kiosk
- Check both ends of the blue video cable to make sure they are plugged in firmly
- Check power going into the computer
