If your kiosk displays “No Video Input” when first turning on, the most likely cause is simply a loose video cable connection.  Please try the following:
  1. Turn computer on by pressing the power button on the computer inside the kiosk
  2. Check both ends of the blue video cable to make sure they are plugged in firmly
  3. Check power going into the computer
