Solution:
Zamok inherits the settings from Internet Explorer, so we can make changes to Zamok by changing Internet Explorer settings.
- Open internet explorer
- click the gear icon on the top right
- go to the option Print -> Page Setup.
- From here you can remove all Header, and Footer settings.
On Zamok restart, the URL and page numbers should be gone.
