Description: My touchscreen monitor stops responding to touch after 72 hours. Touch function can be restored by turning the power to the monitor off and then back on, but after 72 hours it will cease to work again and require another power cycle. This issue is only seen on select kiosks manufactured between September 2021 and June 2022.

Solution: The manufacturer of these touchscreens has made the industry aware there is a firmware update available to resolve the issue. Please contact Advanced Kiosks Technical Support by creating a ticket here.
