Kiosk is showing a yellow exclamation mark over the internet icon in the taskbar. The kiosk cannot connect to the internet.
Some Organizations networks require the device to log in through a registration page for internet access. Check to see if your organization requires that you log in to the network through a web browser.
- Open Internet Explorer.
- If a log in is required, you will automatically be presented with a login screen.
Explain to your Network Administrator the intended use of this device and they may be able to allow this device to connect automatically.
