Kiosk Self-Service Knowledgebase

Description:
Kiosk will not print from Zamok, and is not reporting any errors.
 
Solution:
Check the printers that are installed on the kiosk. 
  1. Close out of Zamok.
  2. Press the Start Menu, and type in “Printers”. Select “Printers and Scanners”
  3. Check to see if there is more than one printer installed on the kiosk.
  4. Determine which printer is the correct one, right click on the printer’s icon, and select “Set as Default Printer”
  5. Restart Zamok, and test printing again
